Oxygen Mask - breathe easier about your relationship with food, 2 book set is like a workbook and a mini manual all about why you eat the way you do, how to adapt your habits, how to have positive self talk and how to implement strategies that you have chosen to work for you to be successful.

I have chosen the name Oxygen Mask as a metaphor, if you think of on an airplane when the flight attendant says, "Put the Oxygen Mask on yourself first, to ensure you are able to help others." The same applies with food and if we had a better relationship with food, we could have more energy for the ones we love.
